PURPOSE


The Partner Portal SME supports the design, documentation, and maintenance of the global template. The role involves analyzing user journeys, structuring requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, contributing to country implementation touchpoints, and ensuring templates remain aligned with process and IT enhancements. The SME also provides basic project management support to ensure organized tracking, clear communication, and timely delivery of assigned workstreams.

 

 

 

YOUR TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Capability Discovery & Template Development - Analyze processes and user journeys to identify value opportunities and update capability templates.
  • Country Requirements & Fit-Gap Support - Gather country requirements, create needed documentation, and perform fit-gap analysis to define in-scope capabilities.
  • Country Engagement & Implementation Support - Coordinate and support country touchpoints, timelines, and project status updates.
  • Global Template Maintenance - Maintain and update capability templates and participate in key reviews to assess impacts and required adjustments.
  • Cross-Team Knowledge Transfer - Support onboarding and handover sessions with consultants, analysts, and implementation teams.
  • Process Governance Support - Assist Capability Leads in reviewing and assessing new capability or enhancement requests.
  • Project Management Support - Track tasks, deliverables, risks, and status updates to ensure timely completion of SME-owned milestones.

 

 

WHO YOU ARE

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Knowledge of Order-to-Cash, with exposure to Order Management, Rebates, or Digital Finance preferred.
  • Experience in process analysis, documentation, and working in a global or cross-functional environment.
  • Familiarity with Satellites such as OneDCE (Partner Portal), Salesforce CPQ, and MOE is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • 2+ years of experience in a project environment, such as supporting project workstreams or contributing to small initiatives.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
  • Good skills in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Flexibility to work in dynamic environments and collaborate across different geographies and time zones.

  • Has an understanding on how own role contributes to delivering the organization's vision and purpose.
  • Can articulate the relationship between business processes and how results roll up to the organization's financial performance.
  • Intermediate knowledge on how to make sense of KPI data to support decision making and drive process improvements

Innovate and Strive for Operational Excellence

  • LSS Yellow Belt trained (nice to have)
  • Knowledge in various statistical tools to solve problems, eliminate waste and variation and implement improvements through a structured lean management approach, thereby generating value.
  • Involved in the conceptualization and implementation of process improvement / innovation as a team member
  • Experienced in leading a small project following a structured approach / methodology

 

Digital Transformation Advocate

  • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge on Microsoft Office 365 (MS Forms, OneDrive, SharePoint, Excel)
  • Basic to intermediate working knowledge on Microsoft Power Platforms (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Basic familiarity on low-code and no-code tools. Citing advantages and limitations of these tech is a plus
  • Ability to come up with functional business requirements for digital solutions
  • Fundamental understanding of RPA, AI, automation workflow (Snow, Power Automate). Can cite examples of relevant tools.
  • Fundamental to intermediate understanding of data analytics. Can cite examples of working with data tools (MS Excel, MS PowerBI etc.).
