Retail Development Executive 

 

The Retail Development Executive will be the official representative to the assigned territory aligned with the account's operational structure. 
The position leads the business development in the branches within the assigned territory, identify key opportunities and execute all established commercial plan to meet the demands of the territory and the brands.

 

YOUR TASK and RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Manages branches and key stakeholders in the assigned territory with the end goal of meeting business KPIs: offtake, inventory level, availability range and assortment
•    Ensures excellent and timely execution of programs in the assigned territory 
•    Performs business review and deep-dive analysis of the assigned territory: identify opportunities, risk management, competitive analysis, and establish short-term as well as long-term plans. 
•    Maintains high level interaction with the account’s head office, down to the regional and district operations.  
•    Collects and organizes competitive reports to ensure that offensive and defensive action plans remain relevant or effective


WHO YOU ARE: 
 

  • At least a college degree holder. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration is an advantage 
  • At least 5 years of experience working in sales or trade experience from FMCG, handling key accounts; had managerial/supervisor experience (experience with handling MDC is an advantage)
  • Work specific skills: negotiation skills, account management, customers focus, results-driven and collaborates. Capable of working with minimal supervision
