S2P Invoice Processing Sr. Manager 

 

Lead a large, diverse Source-to-Pay (S2P) Invoice Processing team with a broad span of coaching and a significant global workforce. Drives/steers transformative change, operational excellence, and strategic value creation across global operations. Champion VACC leadership principles to inspire bold outcomes in short cycles, deliver measurable value, and advance the vision: “Health for all, Hunger for none."

 

YOUR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Visionary

  • Sets and communicates a compelling vision, aligning team goals with global strategy, KPIs, and DSO objectives for operational excellence and future readiness.
  • Sets strategic direction, leads major initiatives, and steers the team toward long-term success.
  • Maintains a holistic perspective of processes, ensuring integration and alignment across all operational areas.
  • Guides teams to define bold outcomes, generate stakeholder value, and deliver measurable impact.

Architect

  • Steers end-to-end process transformation through digitalization, automation, and lean principles, simplifying and standardizing operations in line with DSO.
  • Oversees complex, multi-country operations with a large span of control, ensuring robust process governance, compliance, and business continuity.
  • Provides clear operational guidance, adapts to changing business needs, and ensures resilience in dynamic environments.

Catalyst

  • Challenges the status quo, drives innovative solutions, and accelerates change for operational efficiency and value generation. Identifies opportunities for improvement and technology adoption, fostering a digital mindset and experimentation.
  • Co-creates solutions with internal and external partners (Procurement, Finance, Audit, Suppliers), enhancing user experience and stakeholder satisfaction.

WHO YOU ARE

  • University degree or equivalent education in Business Administration, Economics, Certified Public Accountant or comparable professional Education
  • Several years on management positions, preferably in shared services/global operations.
  • Proven track record in leading and steering large, complex teams and transformation projects.
  • Strong S2P/Accounts Payable process knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in digital tools (Office 365, SAP, virtual collaboration platforms).
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing diverse teams, leaders and/or strategic positions
  • Flexible to support global operations across time zones.
