Senior Expert - Data Foundation 

 

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY

 

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations and ensuring that the GDF services are provided at required speed and quality.
  • Drive achievement of KPI targets for timeliness, CSAT and Quality.
  • Perform Management Assessment and ensure compliance to ICS requirements.
  • Understand and report results of operations, lead team in performing RCA on missed targets and execute corrective and preventive actions.
  • Provide back-up support to other team members, as needed.
  • Actively participate in local and global discussions within the HR community (Experts, GPOs) to support Data Foundation process.
  • Ensure that issues and concerns are properly handled by following the communication or escalation matrix.
  • Collaborate with other processes such as but not limited to Front Office, Payroll, CBW and Masterdata IT to resolve issues and ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist team in resolving issues and escalate to Process Owners for more complex issues.
  • Process Improvement and Innovation:
  • Perform activity and process reviews to ensure an optimized Data Foundation process.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements and lead process improvement initiatives.
  • Explore different data maintenance and reporting tools to enhance self-service and efficient processes.
  • Complete needed training and build process expertise.
  • Ensure proper documentation of GDF processes.
  • Ensure completion of process onboarding of new joiners and continuous learning.

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • Graduate of any four-year course, preferably with HR background.
  • Knowledge of employee data management, talent acquisition and administration.
  • Relevant working experience with SAP (HRIS) is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and prioritize workload of multiple activities while maintaining high level of quality and customer service in a complex and fast paced environment.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and drive assignments and projects to their completion.
  • Is organized and comfortable in working and managing huge amount of data.
  • Can easily adapt to various processing systems and tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and is a team player.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Model high standards of conduct and leadership.
