Sr Associate HR Systems & Authorizations 

 

YOUR TASK AND RESPONSIBILITY

 

  • Perform and monitor all HR Correspondence Management, Talent Management and Cloud Management related activities such as but not limited to: HR Portal Management, Document Management, Global Testing Coordination
  • Next level point of Contact for HR Business Partners and HR Professionals to support the Bayer-internal Authorization process
  • Responsible for the review of the global role catalogue
  • Support Bayer's global Talent Development & Acquisition process by answering process related inquiries, providing support on Talent Development tools, giving trainings on tool handling, offering support on implementations and roll-outs and testing of corrections and developments
  • Consult and assist HRBPs and Talent Management Experts in maximizing the usage of HR tools for the successful management of Bayer talents
  • Follow global process teams and the local HR Community to analyze and improve processes and services
  • Provide a proactive and high-quality HR administrative support with reliable and timely advice to our clients
  • Achieve KPI targets for timeliness, CSAT and quality
  • Support business continuity measures
  • Evaluate the complexity of issues and assess transactional details vs internal standards
  • Resolve issues that require standard approach and regular handling
  • Elevate exceptions and non-standard transactions to the pre-defined matrix
  • Ensure seamless adaptation and compliance to the top-down change initiatives
  • Use process knowledge to identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Take part in process improvements project execution and ensure proper documentation
  • Provide suggestions on possible system solutions that enable Bayer to develop talent and performance across divisions, functions and countries
  • Build solid process and business knowledge
  • Create and maintain desktop procedure documents of performed process
  • Provide trainings, execute reports and process testing to keep the process stable

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • Graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably with HR background
  • Knowledge of common HR activities within the Employee Life Cycle (Hire to Retire process)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP
  • Strong hands-on attitude along with self and time management skills and a structured way of working
  • High level of flexibility to be able to react to changing situations • Mindset of challenging the status quo and embracing change in an ever-evolving business environment
  • Excellent communication skills, a strong focus on service excellence and a passion for working in an international setting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team orientation
  • Proven ability to coordinate and prioritize workload of multiple activities while maintaining a high level of customer service in a complex and fast paced environment
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and drive assignments to their completion
  • Demonstrates ability to problem solve and resolve conflicts
  • Relevant working experience with HR Systems and tools (SAP, SuccessFactors, Eightfold, SAP Enable Now, ServiceNow)
  • Model high standards of behavior and leadership in accordance with Bayer’s Code of Conduct
