YOUR TASK AND RESPOSIBILITY
- Perform annual salary surveys for small and straightforward countries and/or regions within the assigned scope of responsibility in collaboration with the vendors based on a given timeline.
- Evaluate the Bayer jobs using the survey provider’s/vendor’s methodology (WTW, Mercer, KF, Aon, etc.) and collaborate with the country HR for alignment, if necessary.
- Ensure the overall data quality of the survey submission
- Upload survey results per country in MarketPay and ensure the quality of the Bayer data in the tool
- Address any validation queries that the vendor may have related to the salary survey submitted.
- Provide TR benchmark data upon request
- Manage access rights in files, tools and sites such as SharePoint, PowerApps, MarketPay and vendor platforms.
- Maintain and update reference document/s used in the salary survey such as the Desktop Procedure.
- Monitor TR Benchmarking mailbox and coordinate emails to the concerned team members.
- Provides guidance to Associates based on established guidelines and policies in handling and resolving concerns.
- May participate and support small projects/initiatives within the team.
WHO YOU ARE
- University Degree in any field
- Experience as a Compensation/Total Rewards Analyst performing market benchmarking activities for a Global company, and/or experience as an HR Consultant (Analyst Level) for WTW, Mercer, Korn Ferry, AON, Birches Group, and other HR consulting firms.
- Strong English language skills orally and in written form
- Strong communication and customer service attitude
- High degree of reliability, motivation and pro-active mindset
- Eager to learn and flexibility within a deadline-driven working environment
- Skills in solving complex challenges
- Strong analytical and process background
- Digital literacy and mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially in Excel
- Team player with strong social and intercultural skills and a hands-on mentality
