JOB MAIN PURPOSE

 

  • In country co-ordination with commercial teams and deliver on key metrics such as Revenue, OTIF, Cash (Inv Bulk, FG, RM, PM and accounts receivable)
  • Accountable for Demand Shaping process in country, while optimizing inventory levels, through effectively leading the S&OP and associated planning processes across the cluster countries
  • Responsible for providing best-in-class Customer Service solutions to both our channel partners and farmers, for both our current and future new business models.
  • Accountable the supply chain OPEX and W&D cost, constantly seeking optimization opportunities to improve efficiency
  • Strategically steer Supply Chain Excellence and Transformation topics in the country, to ensure our process, organization and technology are fit for future.
  • Lead teams with VACC (Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, Coach) competencies, for multiple Squads/Units – ensure the best experience possible for all individuals within each squad and the squad as a whole

 

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Act as a Catalyst in running robust Demand Shaping, S&OE and S&OP processes in country. Anticipate and mitigate demand, supply fluctuations
  • Act as an Architect in identifying key issues/roadblocks early with data-driven approach and Coach team to find win-win solutions. Timely escalation of topics that need help beyond immediate area of influence
  • Actively work with PS product teams in working out win-win solutions for customers & commercial teams
  • Act as a Visionary in developing, evolving and executing best customer service, WH and Distribution models and support system for commercial unit/squads success
  • Meet/Exceed financial targets such as W&D costs, inventory cost and total cost to serve
  • Meet/Exceed service level targets such as OTIF, customer query resolution time
  • Support implementation of excellence in planning, CS and W&D
  • Optimize team performance and development through empowerment and DSO principles, displaying VACC behaviors, coaching, feedback, discipline
  • Hold team accountable on the DSO design principles, ensuring mission critical work is being prioritized
  • Inspire the development, exploration, and execution of creative ideas in rapid cycles (90 Days)
  • Model VACC behaviors:
    • Visionary: Facilitate co-creation of shared vision and purpose
    • Architect: Design and integrate ways of working
    • Catalyst: Act as change driver and remove obstacles
    • Coach: Develop people’s capabilities and inclusion

 

YOUR KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Proven leadership track record in SCM, production, commercial operations
  • Advanced VACC competencies (CS PS standard)
  • Strong learning agility and strategic thinking across disciplines
  • Strong experience in S&OP, demand planning, and inventory optimization
  • Proven ability to drive operational excellence and cost optimization (OPEX, logistics, warehousing)
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, procurement, and distribution
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration with commercial, procurement, and product teams
  • Experience in data-driven decision-making, including KPI tracking and performance analysis
  • Demonstrated capability in driving transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ability to navigate complex business environments and manage supply-demand volatility
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to align stakeholders and drive business outcomes
