PURPOSE

• Executing Quality Control Testing and other relevant activities in physical chemical microbial Laboratory and also Quality Assurance activities, including release result.
• Supporting Plant Operation during in process quality control.

MAJOR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Executing required testing in the lab (RM, PM, bulk, FG, retain sample, complaint sample, trial) including release result in the SAP.
2. Working in the lab follows all management system applied respectively.
3. Coordinating lab helper for sampling activities.
4. Conducting stock taking lab chemicals and spare part inventory including glassware.
5. Conducting retain sample testing, analysis the result and reporting.
6. Conducting Inspection, testing and investigation for complaint sample and report back to customer through Customer Service or Supply Chain.
7. Conducting RM/PM trial for new supplier, new RM/PM, New packing concept and New product development.
8. Perform inspection related to Non Conformance in the line, starting from identifying problems, giving decisions about releases/dispose/more treatment, creating NC in SAPQN, communicating with suppliers until CAPA is closed in SAPQN.
9. Instrument maintenance include verification instrument, external calibration monitoring also evaluation of instrument performance.
10. Identify any risks when abnormal condition or operation appear and determine the safety measure.
11. Active in the digital initiatives, continuous improvement and savings programs.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENT

• Diploma holder in chemistry/pharmacy.
• Having experience in chemical lab operation at 2 years.
• Main Competencies: Collaborates, Efficiency, Flexibility; Having knowledge in ISO 9001, 14001 and SMK3.
• Strong communication in Bahasa and intermediate for English.
