Warehouse Operation Coordinator

PURPOSE

Ensuring warehouse operation operated in smooth and safe activities for material receiving, material stagging and goods delivery to customers/distribution center and ensure inventory accuracy & smooth transaction process comply to relevant regulations.

MAJOR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Accountable and responsible for inventory movement accuracy, security and its compliance with SAP transaction flow requirements, facilitating statutory compliance expectation in the proportion of operational warehousing practices, including Control Raw Material and Packaging Material in term of product status, expiration date, rework plan, customer return and disposal process.
2. Coordinate with SCM and ITCC counterparts in ensuring material flow-in and out areperformed in the right compliances.
3. Managing 3rd party relevant supports (admin, 3PL, FL, etc.) and ensure continuous availability and reliability are meeting the product facing expectations.
4. Perform fulfilling material request from production by providing correct material, quantity, batch and on time based on schedule.
5. Four eyes principle for SO and DO of finished goods delivery to customers.
6. Coordinate and perform stock taking process to ensure stock accuracy in site.
7. Perform Stock Transfer Order (STO) to internal warehouse including Shuttle truck movement.
8. Monitoring non-inventory material in optimum level (eg: pallet, ribbon, tape, plastic wrapping etc) to support production requirement.
9. Coordinate continuous improvement program and Facilitating the implementation of Digital tools applications in Warehouse operation.
