Digital Marketing Manager |

POSITION PURPOSE:
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the execution, optimization and tracking of all digital marketing initiatives across the division/categories/brands to meet the defined business objectives of sales, media KPIs, market share, profit, and category/brand penetration.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will play a critical role in shaping brand visibility, driving growth through digital media and content, and elevating our consumer health brands in a digital-first world.
Media Execution and Tracking
-
Lead the execution of digital media strategy for India across all consumer health brands and ensure efficient optimization across platforms (Google, Meta, Amazon etc).

Drive digital media KPIs including reach, and ROI.

Manage end-to-end planning and budgeting cycles

Digital & Performance Marketing
-
Implement digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.

Collaborate with ecommerce and category teams for full-funnel precision marketing strategies.

Leverage audience data and performance insights to optimize campaigns and conversion rates.

Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and platforms to enhance media effectiveness.
Data-Driven Marketing

Lead data strategy for India, integrating consumer insights into campaign planning.

Partner with brand, e-commerce, and analytics teams to ensure data integration across the funnel.

Ensure regular reporting, performance reviews, and campaign optimization based on actionable insights.
Agency & Stakeholder Management

Lead relationship management and budget tracking with media and digital agencies.

Monitor agency KPIs, conduct periodic evaluations, and manage contracts and performance.

Act as a key liaison with internal brand, e-commerce, and global digit-ex teams.
Content & Influencer Strategy

Co-create content strategies with category leads to support brand storytelling and SEO.

Drive always-on content creation, influencer partnerships, and content quality improvement by bringing the outside in.

Focus on growth in organic traffic, engagement, and website visits.
KEY WORKING RELATIONS:

Internal: Function Head, Marketing team – brand managers, CMI, marketing executive, E-com team

External Partners: Media agencies, Creative agencies, Influencer, SM, PR, E-com agencies
WHO YOU ARE:
-
7+ years of experience in digital media strategy & planning.
-
Proven experience managing influencer campaigns and creating digital-first content.

Familiarity with D2C and e-commerce platforms and tools.

Strong grasp of digital media tools (Meta, Google, DV360, DSP, etc.), measurement, and optimization.
-
Ability to connect media planning with brand and business objectives.
-
Strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset.
-
Passion for consumer health and purpose-driven brands.
-
Collaborative, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Analytical and data-driven with strong attention to detail.
