Marketing Support Executive 

POSITION PURPOSE:

Managing payment systems for marketing activity systems such as media, packaging, PR, marketing ops etc and enabling smoother day-to-day operations for department head and the marketing team.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with marketing team in managing the brand support budget, PR, PO, Invoice related services, provisions, and tracking of brand spends across activities keeping them within the overall agreed support budget
• Coordinate with media agency for ensuring accuracy and compliance of invoicing as per actual deliveries. Also, maintaining required documentation at the company end for compliance.
• Follow ups with Business partners/ Channels/ Agencies in order to deliver on time specifically on contracts, CDAs, vendor empanelment related matters
• Assist in day-to-day operations of the marketing team ad department head

WHO YOU ARE:

• Graduate
• 5+ years of experience in media agency is preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint)
• Basic understanding of accounting and payment systems e.g. provisions, credit/debit spl in media
• Strong team coordination & executional skills with ability to coordinate across functions and organizations and ensure the brand’s agenda is carried out
