SCM & O2C Manager - Consumer Health 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Demand Planning: Actively manage and engage with respective stakeholders for S&OP – Executive S&OP, Forecasting and Demand, Manage ad-hoc and exceptional process, Review and align on final forecast, Coordination with SSCDN for KPI monitoring, Manage ad-hoc and exceptional processes and Perform scrapping activity etc in collaboration with SSO (Supply Center Officer)
• Supply Planning: Review Planning Results (APO) – CMO Products & Coordination with SSO and Coordination with CMO’s & downstream activities like coordination on deliveries based on production plan
• Material Management: Prepare for purchases of local products basis SSO planning
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory at Central Warehouse / HUB & billing locations, inventory transfers to billing locations
• Tolling Arrangement (CMOs): Making & Ensuring RM & PM are available for LL products including raising PR/PO for FG under P2C under CMO arrangement
• Audit: Support Internal & External Audit with documents & explanation in consultation with SSO & O2C International
• Samples: Redressing for imported finished goods samples at local manufacturing site & Coordination with CMO’s for sample conversion
• Return upon delivery: Coordination with distributors and CMO’s
• Taxation: Liaising with Tax function on GST topics, E-way bill, E-Invoicing, maintenance of tax conditions, any changes on invoices due to Govt notifications etc.
• Finance: Providing inventory details for all billing locations including LL manufacturing sites for covering insurance
• Write Off: Liaising with SSO for write-off of expired / damaged / leakages goods in preparing file note and obtaining approval from the stakeholders
• Any other topics that are not covered under SSCDN and O2C Share Services as per the Scope

WHO YOU ARE:

• Bachelor’s degree of Commerce preferably or financial discipline or post graduate qualification in supply chain management strongly preferred
• 5-7 years of post-qualification experience gained at a leading multi-national Company and having deep understanding of Supply Chain and order-to-cash operations with specific focus on sales and operations planning
• Digital mind set and knowledge of common supply chain and order-to-cash systems (e.g. SAP) and emerging technologies (e.g. Blockchain)
• Ability to use judgment to provide solutions to complex business problems and think beyond local context
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities and comfortable working with all levels of management
• Good knowledge of accounting practices
• Mature business ethics and deep understanding of applicable regulatory requirements
• Extensive knowledge of process improvement and change management approaches
• Assertive, competent, confident and resilient
• Capable to handle stressful situations
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Well-developed English language skills, both written and oral
• Ability to embrace change and be able to work in a changing environment
