Sample Logistics Support Executive 

Note: This is a Fixed Term Contract position with Bayer for 24 months.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participating in data management, analysis, and reporting activities, including maintaining appropriate records, system applications (SAP, Velocity, SAIFTY) and process integration in ASIA.
• Continuously analyses the regional ASIA sample inventory to ensure only the highest quality samples are provided for use in research programs.
• Analyze and monitor the quality of classification and material data to guarantee smooth operations in operational logistics.
• Support in Export of 3rd party products in Asia

• • Prepare list of 3rd party products formulation in India
  • Co-ordinate with 3rd party for transfers of samples within company
  • Initiate 3rd party Export of samples in Asia

• Sample Import at Bayer Vapi under R & D Exemption:

• • Forecast and Order samples in RoSaL (Velocity), arrange custom clearance, calculate landing cost of a product, physically transfer of samples from Vapi to CP Dev. St. / Himatnagar.
  • Prepare Annexure-1 Annual Report Form & Undertaking for all samples imported at Vapi in a calendar year in co-ordination with FS, RS & BVPL colleagues and submit to Regulatory Managers for uploading all the Reports in CIB & RC site.
  • Prepare list of total nos. of samples imported under R & D Exemption, calculate cost incurred during import and physical transfer and share total expense report with Taxation, Finance and Accounts Team for intercompany transactions as per Global AD R & D Agreement.

• Support in CAPEX Budget Utilization and Management for Bioefficacy Registration Trial Payments & Sponsorships Budget
• Support in Global Field 2 Field Shipment project launch in Asia
• Export of Commercial samples to Bayer AG, Germany
• Internal Audit of Crop Protection Chemical storage in India and Plastic waste management

WHO YOU ARE:

• Graduate in related field with 1 years relevant experience in logistics including material handling, packaging, inventory management and shipping (Import & Export) is a necessity.
• Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification. High level of commitment, reliability, and sense of responsibility.
• Good English language skills, both written and spoken.
