Enablement Administrative Supervisor Sr. 

 
   
   

Key tasks & responsibilities

nAccountable and responsible of Site´s enablement to ensure a year-around successful operation within approved forecasts and financial guidelines
nCompliance with administrative processes and policies related to Labor, Procurement, Warehouses, Legal, Accounts payable, Treasury.
nResponsible for the execution and monitoring of procedures for corn seed import/export process, follow up invoice's payment process and resources allocation
nPersonnel hiring plans of the TPD México site.
nProvide operational support and follow-up to the operation needs by solving problems and making decisions that impact business operations. Ability to identify deviations in the plans and correct them.
nVendor negotiation ensuring procurement for short and long term strategy.
nTo be a reference in the execution of improvement initiatives and house keeping of the site.
nFollow up to quotes requirement, purchase order creation and payments
nShare relevant information periodically with all departments involved in the operation. Analyze information through statistical data to support process improvements in administrative areas.
nOptimize material delivery time across sites.
nAlong with the Enablement Coordinator preparation of monthly and annual Forecast of TPD Mexico Site operations.
nAct as the site´s focal point on social responsibility and community reach

Qualifications & competencies

 

nBS Degree on Business Administration or related academic field with 7+ years of experience and knowledge of Computing and Finance.
nStrong experience on labor relations, administrative controls, payroll processing, recruitment and selection, training, Federal Labor Laws.
nProblem-solving ability; Analytic skills.
nTeamwork; strong communication and influence
nProficient level of English language is required
nInformation management systems (SAP, Payroll Software, Sharepoint)
