Brand Activation Lead Japan 

 
   
   

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Develop G2M approach & strategy for each brand based on aligned business strategy
  • Lead channel activity & Promotion, Media Planning, online & Offline activity planning, execution, tracking; evaluation, analysis, and making improvement
  • Improve effectiveness & efficiency by optimizing budget & phasing continuously
  • Align the overall strategy & plan with Strategic Business Partners, Partners (including HCP, Retail, Distributor, Hospitals/Clinics) which align with customer needs and market environment and cascade down
  • Lead customer planning process to enable business achievement
  • Lead cross function team to achieve the overarching biz objective & improve internal/external communications continuously
  • Lead Planning in key financial circles: annual and quarterly BTL activity planning, communication, execution, evaluation, analysis, and provide further improvement proposal
  • Lead budget application and approval, control actual monthly expenses within budget, evaluate ROI from different perspectives, e.g. by activity, brand, channel/region, etc.
  • Lead cross-channel program team to design and implement promotion campaigns, mange promotional materials design, production, distribution, and correct usage

 

 

WHO YOU ARE:

 

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • At least +15 years working experience with minimum 5 Years of Leadership position in a Consumer health/ FMCG marketing role
  • Excellent MKT fundamentals & Digital Native
  • Top FMCG MNC Marketing & Digital experience is a must. Healthcare experience is added value
  • Self-driven & Result oriented
  • Excellent English both oral and writing Key Competencies
  • Demonstrated capability in leading and inspiring diverse teams and individuals to work together to accomplish common goals
  • Project management skills, leading a multi-function team
  • Superior influencing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
