YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Lead to transform all available internal ( Sell-in, Sell out, DOH, distribution KA,CRM), external data into tangible business value/plan by analyzing information, communicating outcomes, build easy to use data platformand collaborating on product development
  • Clean, analyze, automate, programming & build modeling use appropriate data point in coordination of external & internal clients
  • Maximize CRM data enable DTC business to grow its user base
  • E-C Data Dashboard creation & Market Intelligence; cover Asia e-c markets(JP, KR, ID, MAL, PH, VN,TH, SG, TW, HK): provide oversight of Asia e-c business, dash board creation & market intelligence
  • Responsible for key aspects along the data modelling cycle, from definition of business questions and hypotheses, to data sourcing and preparation, model development and insight generation, the output of these analysis will be the basis for strategic resource allocation by business unit and marketing leadership
  • Collaborate closely with other functions to deliver actionable recommendations and support brand marketing or sales teams in various types of advanced quantitative analyses which includes but not limited to, Performance Forecasting, marketing mix analysis, advanced segmentation and targeting, personalized communication. etc.
  • Communicate a clear and concisely way using the most appropriate approach for each different stakeholder. Work with business and scientific stakeholders with a clear vision of the final goals and on the business impact

 

 

WHO YOU ARE:

 

  • Master's degree or above
  • At least 5 years of broad experience in the domains of Advanced Data Analytics, Data Science Machine learning and AI, Business insights and visualization
  • Ability to clearly understand business requirement and translate them into data-driven processes and services, while consulting stakeholders on optimal solutions and managing expectations
  • Strong analytical skills. Experience in handling and analyzing various internal and external commercial data types (e.g., market/category data, sales data, inventory data, claims data, distribution, demand...etc.)
  • Strategic business acumen, focus on results, passion for keeping up with media and technology trends
  • Excellent communication skill in English & Japanese
