General Medicine Key Account Manager 

 
   
   

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Build and manage trust relationships and develop strategic partnerships with key healthcare institutions and medical groups by understanding the behavioral and psychological characteristics of individual doctors and practicing a communication style that matches each characteristic
  • Identify the vision, needs, and pain points with key doctors about issues in diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up (patient journey), and discuss where our products demonstrate value, and obtain doctor's recognition and agreement on the value provided by the company's products
  • Support planning and implementation of appropriate area lecture meeting at appropriate times based on sales tactics, and review/negotiate requests for roles, speakers and presentation slides based on compliance in collaboration with sales team lead and MRs
  • Cultivate speakers (recommended speakers) and potential Thought Leaders who deliver presentations that support product strategy and messages that change audiences’ prescription intentions
  • Deliver feedback and reaction of key opinion leaders and next leaders to marketing team

 

 

WHO YOU ARE:

 

  • University Degree or above
  • At least 6 years relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.  Marketing or MSL or Key Account Marketing(KAM) experience is preferred
  • Experience as a medical representative and holding a MR qualification is preferred 
  • Knowledge in either renal metabolism, diabetes or cardiovascular therapeutic area is essential for this role
  • High Interpersonal skills (Negotiation, Presentation, facilitation, questioning) and analytical, logical thinking skills
  • Fluency in Japanese
