TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Execute predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance works, besides coordinate and train operations staff in such tasks.

• Deliver technical expertise to maintain base conditions of the assets.

• Assure proper maintenance work order follow-up and their fulfilment.

• Provide work orders and maintenance plans feedback for continuos improvement "job critique".

• Deliver technical support for troubleshooting, root cause analysis and implement corrective measures.

• Contribute to vertical startups, change management and process instability elimination.

• Collaborate and contribute to build FMEA analysis for maintenance planning.

• Contribute to Technical Experts Groups as subject matter expert.

• Preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance tasks.

• Maintenance notifications follow-up (Z1).

• Maintenance work orders execution, supervision and closing.

• Shift support for technical troubleshooting and process instability elimination.

• Responsible for Maintenance Adherence, MTTR and MTBF indicators.

• Maintenance planning feedback.

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in fields such as Industrial Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or Electromechanics, or at least 5 years of experience in maintenance of pharmaceutical production equipment.

• Languages: Spanish (fluent), English (Upper Intermediate / B2) Technical Knowledge.

• Maintenance Planning.

• Pharmaceutical Formulation and Packaging equipment for solid and liquids dosage forms (FBD, formulation, mixing, sieving, tablet press, blenders, filling, blister, etc).

• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Competencies: Play to win, Collaborate and connect, being lean and fast, Accountable, Go digital.
