Product Specialist Radiology 

Main Purpose:

Plans and implements medical information & Identify opportunities with specific, major Heath Care professionals. (Radiologists, interventional cardiologists, pharmacists, radiographers….)

• Analyze of the market, to help the line manager to set up the market strategy for the products and the customers
• Drive activity and deliver promotional messages

Key Tasks & Responsibilites:

• Establishes, maintain and build long-term trustful relationship with HCPs and customers
• Develop, implement, monitor and follow-up plans in close cooperation with relevant internal stakeholders (Radiology manager, MSL, Marketing, Medical)
• Responsible for achieving target and assigned objectives
• Arranging meetings with HCPs, assess their needs, present suitable promoted products and keeping detailed records of all contacts
• Making presentations for HCPs in medical settings during the day, but also in local hotel/conference or other appropriate place after regular working hours of HCPs
• Identify opportunities and develop effective network
• Identify and anticipate future HCP needs and deliver solutions through mobilizing right internal resources and stakeholders
• Monitors environment activity and ensures that appropriate response strategies are formulated with involvement of relevant internal stakeholders and effectively communicated
• Follow up our product stocks in Central Pharmacy, wholesalers, hospital pharmacies, clinics, pharmacies……
• Participate actively or Organize events according to the market needs (National and international congresses, Staffs, round tables ….…)

Key Working Relations (internal / external):

• External:  HCPs, Local/Regional and Thought Leaders and Key Stakeholder. (Radiologists, interventional cardiologists, radiographers, wholesalers, hospital pharmacists, pharmacists….)
• Internal: Radiology manager, administrative and marketing assistant, Bayer support functions

Skills & Qualifications:

• Radiographer, Radiology technician

• Strong communication and building relationships skills

• English skills
•  Good experience as a radiographer and pharmaceutical industry
• High ability to lead and motivate people
• Negotiation and presentation skills
• Sound financial management skills
• Highly systematic and task orientated
• Ability to delegate and give clear direction
