TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible to achieve the Sell in Target in her/his region to fulfill the Sell Out needs.
  • Negotiate Sell In quarterly/annual targets and development plans with distributors and sub-distributors.
  • Ensure the right implementation of the commercial program/policy in the market at distributors and sub-distributors level.
  • Implement the Forecast process by distributor, product and MXN, achieving a forecast accuracy between 95-105% in value MXN and seed volume; and 70% in crop protection products volume.
  • Provide business management advisory to distributors to ensure they accomplish the minimum requirements to be Bayer distributors in the short term, and they implement the changes needed to accomplish the long-term objectives.
  • Provide constant feedback and proposals to the RBM about how to capture market opportunities and how to manage potential risks.
  • Document all interactions/relationships and Customer Share with distributors and sub-distributors through salesforce.com and/or the digital tools that Bayer provides for this objective.

 

 

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Agronomy or related.
  • 5 years of experience in sales of the area required.
  • English desired.
  • Key Competences: Customer Focus, Communication Skills, Negotiation, Account Planning, Digital Tools, Forecasting.
  • Office knowledge. Very Strong managing Power Point and Excel.
  • Salesforce or similar CRM.
