Pipeline Planning Manager

As the Pipeline Planning Manager (Agriculture_R&D) you will play a pivotal role in the company's agricultural research and development efforts. In this permanent position based in Phitsanulok, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and scheduling of critical product development pipelines, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of new innovations to the market

Position: Major Tasks

• Coordination of schedules to meet APAC breeding Pipeline requirements and demonstrate consistent application of pipeline crop cycle management combined with nursery and field testing agronomic knowledge
• Completing all ofthe virtual tasks required to enable nursery, processing, packaging and field testing physical delivery activities to be carried out in a manner which meets on time and in full goals, while also preserving the quality and efficacy of the data required to advance the pipeline
• Develop detailed plans and schedules which should enable APAC SO&P teams as well as regional seed production and testing teams to successfully meet pipeline targets and cycle times for each crop, according to the phases of the pipeline they are accountable to manage
• Responsible to identify opportunities to improve pipeline health and operational efficiencies
• Handles complex planning problems independently, utilizing operational and business judgment and the ability to adapt to ambiguous conditions
• Responsible for and maintains planning parameters and master data internal to crop science analytical tools and software systems
• Support all the nursery planning needs of Philippines and Pakistan Rice Breeding pipeline which includes LRP, forecasting and FTS implementation. FTS/Velocity on season support in co-ordination with FT team, Breeders and Seed Operations teams

Position: Skills,

• MS degree in science, mathematics, business etc. with minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the area of product delivery or nursery management
• Ability to influence other members of the organization to help achieve goals and increase performance
• Proven record of strong results orientation with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/priorities simultaneously
• Ability to build relationships and partnerships within and outside the organization
• Agile learner to adopt for any new tools/technologies
