Territory Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Bayer products to healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders within the assigned territory
• Execute ethical promotional activities under the Patient Focused Interaction (PFI) and IPS model
• Achieve sales targets while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards
• Manage and optimize sales activity plans, budgets, and engagement events
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data
• Collaborate with internal teams (CE Coach, Marketing, etc.) to enhance sales performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical or medical science or related field
• 3–5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare industry
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• English proficiency and computer literacy
• Result-driven with strong time management and planning skills
