The Media Data Analysis Associate Lead is a dedicated I&A role embedded in Enterprise Media, Content and Creative Acceleration work teams to strengthen how Bayer Consumer Health manages and optimizes ~€400M+ in digital media investments. The role brings objective, versatile and data-driven measurement to learning agendas, validation methodologies and supports in data analysis for media decisions across key partners including Google, Meta and IPG/Omnicom/BOND.
This role acts as a neutral analytical counterbalance to partner recommendations, validates that guidance shared with country clusters is incremental, scalable and evidence-based, and equips Bayer Consumer Health to lead more credible partner conversations with stronger subject matter expertise on measurement, data, clarity and confidence. This role is part of Media & Creative Effectiveness capability vertical within Insights & Analytics (I&A) Home.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Validate and challenge partner and agency recommendations on media mix, formats and optimizations to ensure they are incremental, value-accretive and not solely platform-driven.
- Translate media and measurement insights from MMM, CPLT and other measurement approaches into clear, globally scalable guidance and act as a neutral advocate behind recommendations shared with clusters/countries.
- Define fit-for-purpose measurement approaches across MMM deep dives, experiments, lift studies and other validation methods, ensuring consistency and comparability across markets and platforms.
- Prioritize learning agendas with partners, validate test-and-learn results, and accelerate scaling of proven media strategies across markets.
- Support BCH in partner management by strengthening ROI-focused conversations, validating new tools, betas and innovations, and improving confidence in digital investment decisions.
- Support integrated performance platform development lead on coordination across multiple performance commercial data sources
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Deep expertise in digital media measurement and marketing science, including MMM, experiments, lift studies and incrementality testing.
- Ability to assess and challenge partner recommendations with objectivity, analytical rigor and commercial awareness.
- Ability to turn complex analyses into clear, scalable media guidance and executive-ready recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management across internal teams, partners and agencies, with confidence to influence decisions and accelerate adoption.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, bringing clarity and consistency in partner & market discussions.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in analytics, marketing science, economics or a related field is a plus.
- 5+ years experience in roles covering media analytics, digital media data and effectiveness measurement, consumer research, Ad creative/campaign pre & post evaluation, MMM, marketing science or a related analytical role.
- Experience working with marketing, Consumer Insights & Analytics, major digital media platforms and agency partners, ideally including Google, Meta and cross-market media programs.
- Experience in CPG, OTC or other regulated industries is a strong plus.
- Fluent English required.

The minimum gross monthly salary for this role is 18 320 PLN. The final salary will be determined based on objective factors such as professional experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility.
This position is eligible for variable pay components, such as annual or performance-based bonuses, awarded in accordance with the applicable employee group, role scope, and compensation structure.
