Senior AI Engineer

The minimum annual gross compensation for this role is 20 240 PLN, with final pay determined based on objective factors such as experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility, and internal alignment.

Senior AI Engineer

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Define the overall Agentic AI system architecture and integration strategy for Agentic AI use cases 

• Design scalable and modular architectures for agentic AI systems, ensuring interoperability and extensibility. 

• Establish integration patterns and protocols for connecting agentic AI components with enterprise systems 

• Collaborate with AI developers, data scientists, and platform engineers to align architecture with business goals 

• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for agentic AI implementation 

• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and ethical standards in AI system design 

• Document architectural decisions, integration strategies, and system blueprints 

Qualifications & Competencies (education, skills, experience):

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field 

• Extensive experience in designing AI system architectures, preferably in agentic or autonomous AI domains 

• Strong understanding of AI frameworks, integration protocols, and system design principles. 

• Proficiency in architectural modeling tools and documentation practices 
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with multi-agent systems, distributed AI architectures, and orchestration frameworks 

• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and deployment strategies 

• Knowledge of responsible AI practices and governance frameworks
