Senior Solutions Architect 

  
   
   

For Digital Hub Warsaw, we are looking for:

 

AWS Connect Senior Solutions Architect to lead to the transformation of our enterprise contact center infrastructure. This role bridges business needs with technical execution, driving the migration from Cisco UCCE to Amazon Connect while ensuring scalability, security, and innovation. You will operate as a versatile leader – a Visionary (setting future communication strategy), Architect (designing effective solutions), Catalyst (driving innovation), and Coach (mentoring teams) – to transform our contact center landscape in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Architect and deploy cloud contact center solutions using Amazon Connect.
  • Lead migration from Cisco UCCE to AWS Connect, including discovery, design, pilot, and cut-over phases.
  • Integrate telephony, IVR, agent desktop, CRM, and reporting systems.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols (PCI-DSS, VPN, encryption).
  • Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic goals.
  • Drive innovation through AI, chatbots, and analytics.
  • Create and maintain architecture diagrams, SOPs, and technical documentation.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Amazon Connect Expertise: Experience with IVR, Lex, Lambda, Contact Lens, IAM, SSO, Power BI.
  • Cisco UCCE Knowledge: Deep understanding of ICM, CVP, Finesse, CUCM, SIP trunking.
  • Telephony & Networking: Familiarity with SIP, PSTN, DECT, UDP 3478, VPN, QoS.
  • Integration Skills: Proven ability to integrate CRM (e.g., Salesforce), APIs, and custom agent interfaces.
  • Documentation: Skilled in producing architecture blueprints, SOPs, and technical specs.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, stakeholder communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and coaching mindset.
