Senior Solutions Architect
Senior Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Intune and SCCM to lead the ongoing optimization, enhancement, and governance of our enterprise endpoint management platforms. This role is critical in ensuring stability, scalability, and continuous improvement of our device management ecosystem, supporting a secure and seamless user experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical authority for the Intune and SCCM platforms, ensuring their performance, reliability, and alignment with business needs.
- Continuously enhance and fine-tune configurations, policies, and deployment strategies to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Monitor and analyze platform health, usage trends, and compliance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with security, compliance, and support teams to maintain policy integrity, patching standards, and endpoint protection.
- Lead efforts to automate routine tasks, improve reporting, and integrate with other enterprise systems (e.g., Azure AD, Defender, ServiceNow).
- Stay current with Microsoft roadmap updates and industry best practices to proactively evolve the platform.
- Provide technical mentorship and documentation to support teams and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Windows Autopilot.
- Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting, Azure AD, Group Policy, and compliance frameworks.
- Proven experience in platform optimization, policy lifecycle management, and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Familiarity with co-management and hybrid environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
