Associate Manager eComm & Retail Media 

 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The primary responsibilities of this role, Associate Manager eComm & Retail Media Activation, are to:

 

  • Develop and execute strategic e-commerce and retail media plans for Bayer’s brands across buying platforms inclusive of Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, Walmart Connect, and others;
  • Steward end-to-end campaign management through deep collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns aligned to business objectives;
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform targeting, optimization, and budget allocation strategies;
  • Develop audience targeting techniques leveraging multiple data sets (i.e., 1st, 2nd, 3rd party) to reach and engage relevant audiences across digital channel;
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maximize campaign effectiveness;
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to internal stakeholders on e-commerce and retail media best practices.

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Proven expertise in managing campaigns across multiple DSPs, including Amazon, The Trade Desk, Walmart Connect, DV360, and others;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams;
  • Strategic thinker who is comfortable navigating ambiguity while remaining focused on driving results.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • 6+ years of experience in digital advertising, with experience in e-commerce and retail media activation;
