Budget Analyst 

Bayer U.S. LLC's Whippany, NJ, office seeks Budget Analyst to provide accurate financial data for operational planning, forecasting, and reporting. This is a hybrid office-based/work-from-home position within the United States. The employee can work remotely from within the United States, but must be able to work in the Whippany, NJ, office three (3) days per week. Duties include: (i) reviewing budgets and recommending approval or denial; (ii) analyzing monthly budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditure controls; and (iii) providing advice and decision support to leadership team through financial steering and planning, performance tracking, and business analysis.

This is a hybrid office-based/work-from-home position within the United States. The employee can work remotely from within the United States, but must be able to work in the Whippany, NJ, office three (3) days per week.

Must have a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Business, Accounting, or a related field plus two (2) years of experience in a related position.

Experience must include two (2) years working with/in: (i) Pharmaceuticals market landscape, pricing, access ; (ii) budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting; (iii) SAP & Data One financial reporting systems and databases, Excel, and PowerPoint; (iv) Controlling, change management, U.S. GAAP and IFRS to ensure compliance with U.S. and International accounting standards; (v) interacting with top management to coordinate financial activities as well as analyzing and interpreting financial data and solving problems; and (vi) working in a multicultural environment with demanding deadlines.

Experience can be concurrent.

This is a hybrid office-based/work-from-home position within the United States. The employee can work remotely from within the United States, but must be able to work in the Whippany, NJ, office three (3) days per week.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary of $146,869.80.  Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).  Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc..  The offered salary may vary within this range based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
