Senior Manager Marketing, WHC

Bayer has been a leader in WHC for over 100 years and are proud to continue to innovate and launch a new menopause treatment in the US. The Senior Manager Marketing, Women’s Healthcare (WHC) Squad will be a part of a growing team and directly contribute to the launch success of this new product. They will lead the development and execution of branded initiatives for both HCP and patient audiences. The role will partner closely with Brand Leaders, the Customer Engagement team and Digital Strategy and Operations to ensure strategic alignment, executional excellence and optimal channel performance.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Senior Manager Marketing, WHC, are to:
- Drives development and implementation of effective marketing strategies and tactics across personal and non-personal promotion, targeting HCPs, Patient, Digital and Peer to Peer;
- Participate in brand planning and ensure cross-functional alignment (across HCP, patient, digital, and non- personal promotion) with key stakeholders, including DSCI, DS&PO, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Learning & Development, Regulatory, and Customer Engagement;
- Lead development and support review of marketing materials in PRT for branded and unbranded initiatives with legal, medical, and regulatory colleagues; including agency management and project management;
- Partner with Field Operations and Customer Engagement to ensure flawless execution of strategy including the use of tactics, and sales driven digital engagement tools;
- Partner closely with Digital Strategy and Product Operations to plan and execute targeted HCP/Patient digital advertising programs across channels e.g., emails, search, and programmatic;
- Contribute to an environment that fosters learning, open communication, camaraderie, and fun through dynamic shared ownership.
WHO YOU ARE
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of and the ability to navigate the Bayer Pharma ecosystem and strong project management skills;
- Strong business acumen including demonstrated marketing and analytical thinking skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team and influence colleagues outside of a direct reporting relationship;
- Experience partnering with professional agencies and managing projects to time and budget;
- Passionate and self-motivated individual with the ability to flex and work in a very fast-paced environment, making decisions in ambiguous/uncertain situations;
- Demonstrates learning agility by quickly adapting to new information and approaches projects with a sense of urgency;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years in PH industry/relevant role is preferred.
