Senior Manager OmniChannel Shopper Activation 



The primary responsibilities of this role, Senior Manager OmniChannel Shopper Activation are to:


  • Manage scope and priorities for Omni shopper agency;
  • Create best in class shopper strategies and plans to maximize trial, conversion, and retail support including shopper platform ideas, end-to-end toolkits & Omni sampling plan;
  • Work with the brand, sales strategy & customer marketing to build a winning consumer promotion strategy to convert consumers, this includes traditional coupon vehicles (FSI, dFSI) as well as digital Omni vehicles (Fetch, iBotta, etc);
  • Build portfolio events, division-wide capabilities (e.g. e-commerce sampling), and shared capabilities (e.g. Digital rewards);
  • Lead development of National Consumer omnichannel Shopper & Promotion marketing strategy and tactical plan by brand consistent with overall pod objectives and strategies;
  • Gain alignment on National vision, strategy, and tactical plan and associated budgets with the Brand & Commercial Strategy team;
  • Identify opportunities to drive scale and efficiencies with an agency, a vendor with ShopperCP procurement lead, and other shopper marketers;
  • Lead national innovation trial plan including sampling strategy and execution;
  • Own the creation and updating of Shopper Marketing toolkits;
  • Conduct post-program analysis, lessons learned and shares out establish best practices based on analysis and industry standards and trends;
  • Support innovation and new thinking through research and new vendor partnerships that deliver solutions to driving conversion 10% of the time;
  • Support the development and implementation of brand plans and budget and long-term financial plans to achieve the category's volume and ebit.

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree with at least eight years of relevant experience in Shopper Marketing in CPG;
  • Advocate and implement activities that are shopper and customer-focused;
  • See possibilities and translates them into breakthrough strategies;
  • Manage complex and sometimes conflicting information to effectively solve problems;
  • Excellent financial skills to objectively assess programs;
  • Ability to streamline operational processes and drive efficiency through the use of technology;
  • Superior analytical ability, assessing different models and related outputs
  • Excellent communication skills as well as ability to influence cross-functional and leaders in org.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Master of Business Administration;
  • Experience with business forecasting.
