Senior Principal Product Manager
Senior Principal Product Manager for Whippany, NJ to define, drive & execute product strategy for agricultural digital software products; coordinate delivery of product initiatives to market; identify issues & engage business leaders; define product roadmap components, short & long term planning, and prioritization; map the overall strategy into executable frameworks. Requires Bachelors in C.S., Computer or Software Engineering, Software Management, or closely-related technical field and 7 yrs experience leading the development of digital products throughout product development lifecycle, including concept, delivery and Go-To-Market; developing & executing product roadmaps; developing product strategy for delivery of initiatives to market; leading cross-functional teams to define the Go-To-Market plan for agricultural digital software products; integrating business requirements into product designs using Design Thinking & Agile methodology product management frameworks; researching competitor landscape & industry trends to inform product strategy; using Evidence-Guided Framework, Commerce Cloud Reports, Dovetail & Heap Analytics to perform quantitative analysis of new product concepts, strategic opportunities, and competitive threats; setting quantitative metrics to measure adherence of scientific models to customer expectations; and working as Salesforce Administrator to perform system configuration, workflow automation, data governance, & cross-functional stakeholder support. Telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the U.S. Up to 20% U.S. & int’l travel req’d. Salary Range: Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $191,000.00 to $235,000.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).
