Key Account Manager - Consumer Health (Wrocław/Poznań/Łódź/Warszawa) 

 

Your tasks and responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for effective management of Key National Chains located in assigned territory (Poznań, Wrocław, Łodź, Warszawa)
  • Identify, analyze, and develop the market opportunities from the key account perspective for the assigned area
  • Evaluate all KPI which match criteria of assigned channel and activate them via contracts, in line with BCH objectives and strategy
  • Prepare and provide for each allocated KA, investment proposal according with medium and/or long-term strategies, financial calculation (P&L), BCH benefits (sku range, visibility, brand activation, promotional activity, etc.) and follow up (regular performance analyze or based on specific demand)
  • Establish specific objectives for each assigned key accounts in line with BCH strategy and objectives, to negotiate the conditions and to close contracts with them to achieve the BCH selling volumes, profitability, and visibility objectives
  • Negotiate optimum terms and conditions with each key account regarding price, product range, distribution, promotional activities, implementation of in-store marketing programs and support and manage this process
  • Establishes, develop & maintain strong client relationships over time with contact persons from allocated KA that allow for continuity ongoing improvement of BCH investment vs. results
  • Coordinate resources to implement, monitor & maximize the contract benefits (retail advocacy team, merchandising, promotional activities, and implementation of sell out programs)
  • Monitor and execute merchandising planogram in allocated accounts in line with BCH standards Monthly monitor brand performance by sku level at pos/account level
  • Perform regulate field visits in allocated territory in majority of KA POS in the territory to track and monitor contract compliance, promotional activity implementation and competitors’ activity
  • Initiate proposal for brand activation programs in line with each account specific and in line with brand allocation and yearly master plan to cover all contracted time for promotional activities during the year
  • Work very close with WHS team to keep them up-dated about changes in SKU portfolio / accounts

 

 

Who you are:

 

  • Studies graduate from economy, business administration, sales, and marketing
  • MS Office – Excel, Power Point, Word (good)
  • Minimum intermediate English (written and spoken), local (Polish) language is a must
  • Nice to have: experience in FMCG
  • Presentation and negotiation skills, good analytical thinking
  • Proficiency Financial Skills - Profit & loss (P&L), balance sheet and how they relate to Bayer business objectives,  applying them in discussions and presentations with customers
  • Awareness System Use - Use of IT technologies to support the efficiency and effectiveness of management, in particular the global systems in place within the organization
