YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Initiate connection with target HCPs via phone call and WeChat  通过电话和微信与目标 HCP 建立联系
• Maintain relationship with HCPs by delivering key message via phone call and WeChat 通过电话和微信传递关键信息，维护与 HCP 的关系
• Reply on customer questions within all compliance guidelines 在所有合规准则范围内回答客户问题
• Close every call with a commitment to drive changes in behavior 在结束每次通话时承诺推动行为改变
• Understand and utilize work system and records appropriate information for each communication 了解并使用工作系统，为每次沟通记录适当信息

WHO YOU ARE

• College or above, major in a medical field preferred 大专或以上学历，医学专业优先
• 1-2years of call center experience is a must 必须有 1-2 年呼叫中心工作经验
• Healthcare sales experience will be a plus 医疗保健销售经验者优先
• Advanced communication skills with standard mandarin 具有标准普通话的高级沟通技能
