YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• 执行公司业务策略；
• 有效的客户管理，合理安排学术拜访、确保正确的传递产品信息；
• 独立组织学术会议，确保依据公司流程合规执行会议；
• 参与和支持公司的各项业务项目，确保项目落地执行；
• 支持团队内、跨团队和跨产品线，跨部门合作；
• 提供真实准确的业务信息反馈，支持必要的日常运营的数据更新；
• 参加公司必要的业务培训和产品知识培训，合规培训等，完成必要的专业能力考核。

WHO YOU ARE

• 本科及以上学历，医药相关专业优先；
• 一定的相关工作经验；
• 为人诚实、工作积极主动；
• 具有良好的业务敏锐度、学习能力；
• 良好的沟通能力及人际关系能力、影响力；
• 有和医学领域专家建立并保持良好的信任和学术关系的能力；
• 良好的创新，开拓能力；
• 良好的自我激励能力，愿意在压力下承担挑战性的工作；
• 掌握演讲技巧，良好的协调及组织能力。
