Main Purpose

It aligns the vision, autonomy, and efficiency of laboratories by promoting best practices with a comprehensive business perspective.
It enhances the strengths of lab shifts and ensures the fulfillment of the quality control mission by maximizing resources and optimizing end-to-end processes, in alignment with LEAN principles and a strong commitment to safety as a core value.

Your mission will be to

• Ensure compliance with Quality, HSE, and legal standards.
• Manage lab personnel and key administrative processes.
• Keep job descriptions updated and promote teamwork.
• Serve as operational link with the union.
• Lead and train technicians on safety and performance.
• Implement and improve safety programs aligned with site strategy.
• Optimize shift coverage, control overtime, and boost results.
• Apply root cause analysis tools to prevent unplanned losses.
• Develop team capabilities and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate effectively with other functions (Production, HSE, Logistics, Purchasing).
• Support site projects and community engagement.
• Oversee third-party quality control activities.

Unlock your potential

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
• Over 5 years of experience in laboratories, quality, or related areas.
• Knowledge of agrochemical formulation and relevant legislation.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of statistics.
• Familiarity with LEAN tools.
