YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• 参与方案设计，承担试验的实施和数据生成，进行试验总结，传递适合本地化的产品的技术定位和价值定位
• 提供适合本省的定制化解决方案，确定并验证方案，最终确定并验证方案价值
• 承担技术传承文件的编写和设计，通过试验展示产品价值，准备标准示范田并培训相关者。
• 支持省级产品上市活动以及相关营销活动、培训和政府项目的活动； 
• 从市场收集需求并确认新的增长机会
• 参与确定本省营销计划及短期和长期战略
• 处理产品的产品效果投诉及药害的投诉
• 省技术骨干人员进行技术咨询，400热线

WHO YOU ARE

• 硕士学位5+年或学士学位8+年以上农化行业工作经验
• 农业科学相关专业，有产品开发经验优先
• 熟悉和分析当地农作物和病虫害发生规律和产品方案田间表现，把握趋势或机会
• 独立高质量执行田间药效试验，挖掘和归纳产品价值，收集并分析田间试验数据
• 具有产品开发方面成功的经验并善于总结分享
• 较强的沟通和跨职能协作技能，根据产品制定区域技术推广计划并付诸实施
• 有良好的英语沟通能力者优先
