Junior Medical Advisor (m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a scientific expert for non-promoted, established pharmaceutical products;
- Serve as the Local Medical Information Manager Deputy;
- Handle inquiries in the global medical inquiry database (MIIDAS) and maintain Standard Response Documents (SRDs) and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs);
- Perform regular quality checks for queries;
- Provide correct and efficient medical information services to external stakeholders in accordance with GxP guidance;
- Offer medical advice and inputs to internal stakeholders such as commercial, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, and market access (KVV Art. 71);
- Conduct legal and medical reviews of external communication materials;
- Stay up to date with active internal and external regulations and guidance, including local laws, code of conduct, and GxP;
- Collaborate cross-functionally as required.
WHO YOU ARE
- A university degree or equivalent education in medicine, pharmacy, or natural sciences;
- Strong ability to analyze and translate scientific data for responses to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients;
- Fully embraces and demonstrates DSO working behavior characterized by empowerment, accountability, and creative thinking within a VACC leadership structure;
- Acts in compliance with local and global laws and internal regulations;
- Proactively asks for and provides feedback;
- Demonstrates organizational talent and the capacity to act independently;
- High degree of accuracy and reliability;
- Independent, creative, innovative, and digital mindset;
- Team player with a willingness to learn and self-develop;
- Fluent in German and English, with additional proficiency in French as a plus
