Marketing Intern - 60-80% - 12 months with potential extension of contract (all Genders)
Your Tasks & Responsibilities
• Support the Brand Managers in implementing the brand agenda for the Dermatology Team at Bayer Consumer Health Switzerland
• Project management as part of planned advertising activities (including, for example, communication campaigns, digital branding such as website, e-commerce, online videos, etc.) for the relevant brands, including minor content updates
• Support in managing campaigns (SEA, social advertising, influencers, etc.)
• Content creation for own social media channels: Facebook, Instagram & TikTok
• Creating content for own B2C newsletter campaigns
• Collaboration in the planning, preparation, and execution of product launches
• Localization of existing global brand content into locally relevant content for online advertising materials and e-content toolkits (adapting content and design assets to local market requirements, providing assets in specific formats)
• Support in the preparation and execution of consumer promotions as well as product sampling distribution
• Creation of reports and presentations as part of various dermatology brand projects (e.g. pricing strategy, competitive analysis)
• Support in planning, implementation, and monitoring of point-of-sale (POS) activities
• Monitoring of relevant trends and other ad-hoc tasks
• Assistance in the preparation of POS materials (e.g. leaflets, sales materials for Sales Representatives and Key Account Managers, etc.)
• Contribution to the organization of large team meetings (e.g. sales cycle meetings)

Who you are
- Student – preferably: Bachelor or Master in Business Administration or similar qualification / Bachelor or Master in Pharmacy, Science or Nutrition or student Pharmacist HF
- Passion for consumer health trends, marketing and digital topics
- Willing to learn, well organized, independent work and quick understanding
- Results-oriented, proactive and interested in solving complex problems
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and drive projects
- Solid analytical capabilities & good Microsoft Office knowledge
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
- Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written. French would be a plus
