Contingent Workforce and Compliance Expert with German 

Job Overview

The Senior Expert Contingent Talent Solutions (CTS) is a regional operational role that connects Bayer with the external CTS Managed Service Provider (MSP) across EMEA. This position ensures compliance with Global CTS standards, acts as a primary escalation point, and collaborates with the MSP Program Lead to maintain consistency and share best practices. The role supports regional CTS operations in six EMEA countries with an annual program spend exceeding 50M EUR and focuses on compliance verification of SmartBuy service orders. This hybrid role is based in EMEA, reporting to the Home Leader in Gdansk and the Global CTS Lead, with occasional travel.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities:

CTS Operations:

• Manage daily regional operations with the MSP to ensure service quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Resolve invoicing, payment issues, and system bugs/errors.
• Serve as the regional escalation authority for CTS processes.
• Participate in supplier business reviews and drive performance improvements.
• Guide country teams on compliance and oversee implementation quality.
• Support change management and engage stakeholders with the MSP Lead.
• Identify and deliver optimization initiatives and measure their impact.
• Act as a liaison to various stakeholders, providing coaching on program adherence.

Contractor Collaboration Expert:

• Ensure compliance verification of SmartBuy service orders and prevent misuse.
• Drive Contractor Collaboration Process Governance in collaboration with Global CTS Head and Legal.
• Provide guidance on regulations for working with Contractors.
• Partner with Procurement and Legal to manage misclassification risks and educate stakeholders.
• Support the Contractor Collaboration team during peak volumes and contribute to training materials.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years in talent, procurement, audit, or law;
• Experience with VMS/MSP programs is a plus.
• Proven experience with SAP Fieldglass and MSP governance is a plus
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent English and C1 level German;
• Additional languages are a plus.
• Courageous problem-solving and proactive risk management.
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management abilities.
• Rapid learning and ability to synthesize cross-functional inputs.
• Clear communication tailored to various audiences.
• Accountability and ownership of commitments.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and expert user of SAP
• Autonomy in leading cross-functional virtual teams and prioritizing effectively.
• Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills.
