Visual Design Services Senior Associate 

 
   
   

TASK AND RESPONSABILITIES

 

 

  • Record, verify and execute requests with a medium level of complexity according to process documentation, effectively and accurately translate creative brief into a print, publication, or broadcast-ready material
  • Understand, monitor and take proper action regarding KPIs
  • Ensure high standards in the operation and meet performance targets and SLAs
  • Support in solving, follow-up on issues and seek for solutions across teams, escalate of identified issues
  • Perform quality checks
  • Contribute to process improvements, implement best practices, and identify process exceptions to maintain high standards in operations
  • Update official process documentation
  • Prepare and conduct internal trainings (process and tools related) in form of 1:1 workshadowing or group trainings
  • Organise and participate in problem solving groups
  • Ensure 100% compliance to policy of the team
  • Ensure regular collaboration and alignment with all the other VDS team members
  • Perform activity reviews. Monitor/define priorities for daily tasks.
  • Support Capability Community Lead, experts and the team in operational topics, follow-up on issues/escalations.

 

 

 

 

WHO YOU ARE 

 

 

  • Graduate of Graphic Design or any other related course, beneficial.
  • Proven professional experience in the respective process.
  • Experience in Shared Service Center environment, beneficial.
  • Ability to use the relevant software (e.g. Adobe software).
  • Computer literacy, advanced in MS Office.
  • English at least B2; fluent in written and spoken; second language: level of skills in spoken and written according to the position requirements.
  • Open mind and flexibility in accepting new challenges (e.g. transitions, projects) and adapting to change.
  • Ability to work independently and to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • High level of focus on work quality/attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organizational skills, motivation and eager to learn.
  • Proactive attitude.
  • Ability to plan ahead and work adequately to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills required for investigating, responding and solving stakeholder issues.
  • Ability to lead and moderate teleconferences.
  • Ability to operate in a highly intercultural environment and to work in a team as well as to work under time pressure.
