Women's Health Account Specialist - N.B. & Newfoundland
Bayer is seeking a bilingual, knowledgeable and passionate Women's Health Representative to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of Women's Health and the ability to engage with healthcare practitioners and stakeholders through various channels. The ideal candidate will build strategic partnerships with healthcare practitioners across their territory and will implement customer-focused initiatives to build Bayer’s leadership in Women’s Health with both an established brand and a new launch product.
This is a vacant permanent position to cover the territory of New Brunswick and Newfoundland.

What you will do:
- Provide expert knowledge and support for healthcare practitioners interested in women's health to bring value to our customers and their patients
- Build strong relationships with various internal and external stakeholders
- Build strategic plans for your territory to achieve outcomes and maximize the use of resources aimed at driving success of a new launch and growing an established brand
- Engage HCPs through multiple channels including face to face, phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience
- Complete call entry daily to enable omnichannel functionality
- Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders in the territory (OBGYNS, GPs, NPs, Nurses and other HCPs)
- Collaborate & connect within Bayer to share insights, feedback and support cross-functional collaboration
- Adhere to all requirements and Code of Conduct as directed by IMC and Bayer policy guidelines
- Integrate an omnichannel approach by effectively utilizing a variety of communication platforms and tools, ensuring a cohesive and integrated experience
- Build trust and be inclusive
- Work within a squad structure, engaging in 90-day cycles to set objectives, assess progress, and adapt strategies to drive continuous improvement and achieve impactful results
- Foster an inclusive environment of professionalism and safe working practices ensuring Safety and Compliance requirements are met or exceeded within Squad
Who you are:
- Bilingual
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience. Experience in Women’s Health is an asset
- Proven track record of key account management and project management
- Strong business acumen and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Positive attitude; active team player in a cross-functional team, with excellent collaboration and communication skills, demonstrating a strong learning agility
- Continually seeks feedback from peers to improve business outcomes
- High level of business integrity and ethics
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Must possess a valid driver's license

The base salary range for this role is between $84,800 and $127,200. Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive compensation. Additional benefits may include insured benefits such as health care, vision, dental, disability, and contributory retirement savings plans, etc.
This salary range is an estimate and may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, market data and the applicant’s skills, prior relevant experience, job-related knowledge, specific degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
This role also provides the opportunity to earn additional performance-based compensation. If performance-based compensation is earned, the total compensation package may provide an opportunity to earn a Total Direct Compensation (TDC) range of $95,800.00 to $143,700.00. This TDC would include base salary and may also include items like bonuses (short-term and long-term incentives) and sales incentives. The estimated TDC range estimates performance-based compensation earned at 100% of target; however actual amounts may fluctuate below or above the TDC range based on company and/or individual performance.
