IT Control Performance Senior Associate |

PURPOSE
As a Control Performer to ensure that GISC control activities are carried out in accordance with the control calendar and as specified in the procedure. This includes executing controls, creating and storing control evidence, and reporting and escalating issues to relevant stakeholders.
YOUR TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform the GISC control in daily business as specified in DP according to Control Calender focusing on controls less complex addressing low to medium rated risks
- Execute event-triggered controls when initiated by specific events (change requests, access requests)
- Timely create and store of control evidence as the basis for the Management Assessment as well as for audits
- Report the need for documentation changes to the Global Process Manager (GPM)
- Report and escalate issues to the accountable System Owner, the Managed Service Provider and Global GISC Manager
WHO YOU ARE
- Professional experience (2 years) in Quality, Risk Management, Information Technology or Financial Accounting
- IT background/Finance/Medical/pharmaceutical/natural science
- Good understanding of Internal Control Systems – target, content, requirements
- Basic knowledge how Enterprise IT works – Infrastructure, platforms, applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to evaluate metrics and identify and prioritize compliance issues
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Coordinate, manage and track multiple activities while maintaining a high standard of work
- Good communication and moderation skills
- Fluent English
