H Liq Operator Technician

MAIN PURPOSE

Operate and control filling/packaging machine and formulation/process to produce finished product which is meet production target of quality, quantity, health, safety and environment with following standard procedures.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate and control machine of formulation/process, filling & packing as standard operating procedures (work instructions) to produce product in the right Quality – Quantity and Time of finished product as planned.
• Ensure material, energy and supporting tools usage on effective and efficient way.
• To record accurate data and information of production activities, production output, production duration, usage of process material, scrap material into digital platform and Process Order (PO) form.
• To run program activities such as of: 5S, HSE, Management System, onePSS and TPM (autonomous maintenance) as related procedures. 
• To report Non Conformity, near misses’ condition, safety observation and improvement suggestion/idea through Improvement digital platform.
• Capable to do troubleshooting and problem solving for daily routine process or breakdown issue.  
• Active in continues improvement programs to achieve squad outcomes.
• Communicating with related product facing squad and peers in terms of coordination to make sure process running well.
• Job Order / notification creation, monitoring and closing.

• Internal: Team work, knowledge on scientific topics.
• External: Communication on administrative or coordination process.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

• Education: Minimum Senior high school. 
• Relevant experiences: Having experience in manufacturing field, similar process of formulation/process and filling/packing at least 2 years.
• Main competencies for the job: Collaborates, Efficiency, Flexibility; Having knowledge in ISO 9001, 14001 and SMK3.
• Communication: Strong communication in Bahasa and English.
