Process Engineer Entry 

 
   
   

Operating special high-tech Basic Clean processes machines. Having special internal and external qualification to be able to perform individual defined tasks needed to operate high-tech machines e.g. loading, testing, running, solving production disturbances, performing process control checks and support maintenance and process development activities. 
You’re working with Operation supervisors and colleagues, planners, supply & inventory specialists, seed technology, process improvement and quality testing colleagues on site level


YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Involved in basic clean to sample and warehouse management tasks, adhering to and continuously helping to improve quality standards   
  • Operates high-tech machines or equipment, which involves setting up and adjusting to achieve the desired results following protocols
  • Ensure a safe and clean workplace under all circumstances, in accordance with the HSE procedures (Health, Safety & Environment) 
  • Assisting with equipment maintenance, cleaning, decontamination and development
  • Housekeeping and workplace development in line with LEAN and other development standards for example OnePSS
  • Executing daily operational activities.
  • Document, administrative, planning and communication of work results in automated tools for example SAP or directly with key stakeholders
  • Support troubleshooting of process deviations in cooperation with Operational Specialist Advanced
  • Working towards accomplishing the set personal development and company goals

WHO ARE YOU?
•    B.S. Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or comparable Engineering degree or Data Engineering degree.
•    0-3 years of manufacturing experience including internships and co-ops.
•    Sufficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Collaborative team player capable of working well with people across all hierarchies.
•    Able to work agile on a practical level with willingness constantly learn and develop.
•    Good interpersonal skills such as communication, listening, verbal and assertiveness.
•    Being able to focus on a task, result oriented.
•    Having special internal and external qualification (TMS)
•    Willingness and capable of gaining internal and external certification to be able to work with the high-tech seed upgrading and priming equipment.
