YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Support the definition and execution of the local brand and media plan for assigned brands or brand components, in line with Regional and Global guidelines.
  • Lead the execution and coordination of marketing initiatives across communication, media, trade and point of sale.
  • Track brand performance indicators (sales, market share, campaign KPIs) and support performance analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Support the monthly sales forecast process for assigned brands or initiatives, based on actual sales figures and market evolution.
  • Support investment tracking and ensure accurate execution of approved activities versus budget.
  • Contribute to innovation, renovation or business continuity projects (e.g. promotional packs, secondary packaging updates, local adaptations).
  • Ensure all materials and activities are aligned with local regulations and internal processes driven by LMR.

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand support or commercial roles; Healthcare, Consumer Health and OTC.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong analytical and executional skills.
  • Resultoriented mindset with strong organizational and followup capabilities.
  • Ability to work in matrix and crossfunctional organizations.
  • Influencing and interpersonal skills.
