YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform preventive & corrective maintenance tasks on production equipment to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Maintain clean room behaviors to maintain required cleanliness standards and prevent contamination.
- Document maintenance records and logs in the required quality system to ensure traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and manage spare parts inventory management to prevent stocks-out and optimize maintenance costs.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and pneumatical system issues to minimize equipment downtime and maintain production efficiency.
- Analyze and troubleshoot control systems and automated equipment malfunctions. To ensure continuous operation and reduce production delays.
- Provide technical support in corrective maintenance repairs to restore equipment functionality.
- Implement established maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and quality in maintenance operations.
- Track and analyze department KPIs/Metrics to drive continuous improvement and achieve department goals.
- Provide support to equipment validation activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Create and revise technical documentation for maintenance activities to maintain accurate and efficient maintenance instructions.
WHO YOU ARE
- Highschool diploma.
- Technical degree (electromechanical, mechanical, electronic or electrical title) or similar.
- 1- 2 years of experience working as a technician in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Electronical or Food industry.
- Basic English proficiency.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S preferred.
- Knowledge in Automation, Electromechanical, PLC, Vision and Pneumatic Systems preferred.
- Proficiency in computer applications (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
- Computer Knowledge including MS Office. SolidWorks or AutoCAD is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, PLC programs and specifications.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (preferred).
- Good written and oral communication skills.
