In Maastricht, more than 150 colleagues are responsible for the sales, distribution and maintenance of radiology equipment. Our Radiology business unit is the worldwide market leader.

 

Your role

As a Service Inside Sales Specialist, you are the commercial link for service contracts in your region. You maximize service revenue by proactively approaching customers, closing contracts and working closely with the local service team. You are accountable for both individual and team targets related to service revenue.

 

What will you do?

  • Proactively approach customers and maintain existing relationships to sell service products
  • Create, follow up and accurately process quotes and contracts
  • Gather market insights through regular customer contact and alignment with field colleagues
  • Collaborate with the country (service) manager on priorities and new market opportunities
  • Identify, qualify and follow up on leads
  • Contribute to presentations and joint initiatives with sales and service teams

 

Your team

You will join an enthusiastic team of 20 colleagues with diverse backgrounds in Back Office Support, Service Inside Sales and Central Service Planning. It is a diverse team, in age and nationality, with an informal culture and a strong drive for results.

You will work in a modern open-plan office where collaboration is central, with plenty of space to focus independently when needed.

 

Who are you?

  • You have a full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written) – this is a requirement
  • Dutch is a strong advantage
  • Additional languages are a welcome bonus – think French, German or a Nordic language
  • You are commercially driven and customer focused
  • You work in a structured, independent way and take initiative
  • You switch easily between different priorities and situations
  • You are a true team player who also delivers individual results
  • You have an affinity for process improvement and are open to the use of AI and automation

 

What we offer

  • Salary between €45,000 and €60,000 gross per year, inclusive of holiday allowance and 13th month
  • Annual bonus on top of the fixed salary
  • Hybrid working: 2 days per week at the Maastricht office, the remainder from home
